The F-4C (originally F-110A) Phantom II is the first USAF variant of the F-4. The F-4C saw action during the Vietnam War and remained in service until the 1980s. The only other operator of the F-4C was the Spanish Air Force which operated between 1971 and 1989 before being replaced by the EF-18A Hornet.
