Tsurai-san (つらいさん, Tsurai-san) is a Nijiura Maid made on January 15, 2009. She is a graduate of Megaku. Her name comes from the word bitter (つらい, tsurai).
When she was resurrected with her master, Goshiyuhito, after being in the maid graveyard for a while, she was established as a maid who feels hard to be swept away by her strange behavior.
Later, the Goshiyuhito became so unwieldy that she is now serving a different master, Kakkou but that doesn't change much about her being difficult.
Her smile is often misunderstood because it doesn't look like she is smiling. She is not a talkative person, but she is able to have a normal conversation and sometimes says harsh things. She is a good maid who can do normal household chores, just not blessed with a master, and is respected by bTensai-san (as an aside, it was during the same period that the storage room was built).
