Overview
Chikoi-san (ちこいさん, Chikoi-san) name comes from the word tiny (ちっこい, chikkoi). Her voice is so low that it is difficult to hear her unless she speaks close to the ear, and she is often thought to be quiet. Her birthday is on January 26.
She is a princess of a dwarf kingdom in Hokkaido, Japan. In order to acquire elegance and culture, she was enrolled by the head of her family into Megaku, a school run by the mountain people with whom she has a close relationship.
Chikoi-san is an early graduate of Megaku (junior to Medoi-san and her friends, and senior to the Tissue Maids).
Because she is a dwarf, she can speak with animals, birds, and insects.
She is strong enough to lift a lunch box as big as she is, and although she looks weak, she is actually an fighter who specializes in jujutsu.
She is a member of the Tiny Things Club. Sometimes CE-tan is disguised as her.
Appearance
Her teeny-tiny stature leads to much abuse by Kakkou, though whether or not this is intentional is unexplained. Chikoi-san has short blue hair and an orange maid's uniform.
Her height is initially set at 3 cm, later it is in the 10 cm range (the size above the hand often drawn), 39 cm (doll size determined by the last two digits), and the maximum height is 99 cm, according to various theories.
It is also said that once a year, she may or may not grow to 140cm.
Personality
Chikoi-san is good at detailed work, taking advantage of her small size. She is often with Medoi-san, helping her with detailed work and maintenance of delicate parts of Kigai-san's body.
Due to her size, she hangs out and work with CE-tan most often, and helps Nemui-san drive her motorcycle. She also hangs out with the net characters Makibishi and Mobiko.
