Elisha's father, a tall, eyepatch-wearing man who is the captain of the Gloria Pirates. His weapon is a giant axe that looks like an anchor.
Has a bighearted, free-spirited personality and is a heavy drinker. Is always making Elisha worry. But he leaves things to her because he trusts her, and when it is necessary, he takes command personally. He makes all of his underlings call him their "old man", and Zazarland himself treats them like they are his own children.
Apparently, his allowance for alcohol is so hefty that it can cover the cost of bullets and maintenance for a gatling gun.
