Overview
Electric type (でんきタイプ, denki taipu) is a type in the Pokémon series. Pokémon may have one to two types, and one type is always a technique.
The affinity of the type is one of the factors that determine the advantage or disadvantage of the battle.
This is one of the types that have appeared since the first generation.
Pokémon that can generate electricity on their own can be included as characteristics that fall into the electric type category.
