Grass Type

Grass type (ノーマルタイプ, kusa taipu) is a type in the Pokémon series. Pokémon may have one to two types, and one type is always a technique.

The affinity of the type is one of the factors that determine the advantage or disadvantage of the battle.

Grass is one of the types that have appeared since the first generation.

One of the characteristics that places it in the grass type category is that it is modeled after plants such as trees and flowers. Mushrooms also fall into this category, although strictly speaking they are not plants. Naturally, many Pokémon are green in body color.
