Overview
Intelligent Systems (インテリジェントシステムズ, Interijento Shisutemuzu) is a game company established in 1986. Along with Tose Software, it is a game company that can be said to be a behind-the-scenes player.
Although it is Nintendo's second company and has long been located in Nintendo Uji factory and Nintendo Kyoto Research Center, it actually has a very special relationship with Nintendo, having neither capital nor parent-subsidiary relationship with the company.
However, the founder of Intelligent Systems is said to have been involved with former Nintendo staff, but this remains unclear.
