Overview.
Keiro Kamioka is a fortune teller VTuber. She resides in Seattle.
He was active on VRChat, but after being exposed to Japanese virtual Youtuber culture, he began working in his monolithic body on March 18, 2018. After getting a human body on April 23 of the same year, he began to start working in earnest; he changed from a 3D model to a new 2D model on February 5, 2022.
He mainly uses tarot cards for divination. He also sometimes plays games and delivers readings.
Mini-Okas walk around at the bottom of the screen and perform various actions by typing commands in the chat room.
