Overview
In the world of Pokémon, there are legendary Pokémon (伝説ポケモン, densetsu Pokemon) that have had various influences on the world itself and have controlled great power.
People respectfully refer to them as rare species.
Basically, as the word implies, it refers to Pokémon that appear in "myths" and "legends," and from the second generation onward, they have a strong presence as key figures that adorn the packaging of each title.
