White Pikmin (白ピクミン, Shiro Pikumin) are Pikmin that Olimar discovers in the beginning of Pikmin 2. Its flowers are pink.
With its large red eyes and small stature, it gives the impression of being an alien at first glance.
Onions has not been discovered, and can only be increased by throwing pikmin into the Ivory Candypop Buds that blooms deep in the ground. The waiting place to throw them in and out is the container of the Hocotate ship.
According to the official website PIKMIN GARDEN, it seems to be a rare species that has not been able to establish a full symbiotic relationship with other Pikmin, perhaps due to its toxicity, and has moved underground, where its numbers are still decreasing.
