Outline

Ayaka Kamisato is a 5-star playable Sword Cryo character in Genshin Impact.

She is the daughter of the Kamisato Clan and younger sister of Ayato Kamisato, in charge of the clan's internal and external affairs. Being beautiful, dignified, and noble, Ayaka has earned the title Shirasagi Himegimi from those close to her, and is considered a model of perfection in Inazuma. Having more interactions with the common people, Ayaka's reputation exceeds that of her brother.

• Normal Attack: Kamisato Art: Kabuki

1. Normal Attack: Performs up to 5 rapid strikes.
2. Charged Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to unleash a flurry of sword ki.
3. Plunging Attack: Plunges from mid-air to strike the ground below, damaging enemies along the path and dealing AoE DMG upon impact.

• Elemental Skill: Kamisato Art: Hyouka

Summons blooming ice to launch nearby opponents, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.

• Elemental Burst: Kamisato Art: Soumetsu

Summons forth a snowstorm with flawless poise, unleashing a Frostflake Seki no To that moves forward continuously.

Frostflake Seki no To

1. A storm of whirling icy winds that slashes repeatedly at every enemy it touches, dealing Cryo DMG.
2. The snowstorm explodes after its duration ends, dealing AoE Cryo DMG.

• Alternate Sprint: Kamisato Art: Senho

Ayaka consumes Stamina and cloaks herself in a frozen fog that moves with her. In Senho form, she moves swiftly upon water.

When she reappears, the following effects occur:

1. Ayaka unleashes frigid energy to apply Cryo on nearby opponents.
2. Coldness condenses around Ayaka's blade, infusing her attacks with Cryo for a brief period.

• 1st Ascension Passive: Amatsumi Kunitsumi Sanctification

After using Kamisato Art: Hyouka, Kamisato Ayaka's Normal and Charged attacks deal 30% increased DMG for 6s.

• 4th Ascension Passive: Kanten Senmyou Blessing

When the Cryo application at the end of Kamisato Art: Senho hits an opponent, Kamisato Ayaka gains the following effects:

1. Restores 10 Stamina
2. Gains 18% Cryo DMG Bonus for 10s.

• Utility Passive: Fruits of Shinsa

When Ayaka crafts Weapon Ascension Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.

Constellation

• Level 1: Snowswept Sakura

When Kamisato Ayaka's Normal or Charged Attacks deal Cryo DMG to opponents, it has a 50% chance of decreasing the CD of Kamisato Art: Hyouka by 0.3s. This effect can occur once every 0.1s.

• Level 2: Blizzard Blade Seki no To

When casting Kamisato Art: Soumetsu, unleashes 2 smaller additional Frostflake Seki no To, each dealing 20% of the original storm's DMG.

• Level 3: Frostbloom Kamifubuki

Increases the Level of Kamisato Art: Soumetsu by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

• Level 4: Ebb and Flow

Opponents damaged by Kamisato Art: Soumetsu's Frostflake Seki no To will have their DEF decreased by 30% for 6s.

• Level 5: Blossom Cloud Irutsuki

Increases the Level of Kamisato Art: Hyouka by 3. Maximum upgrade level is 15.

• Level 6: Dance of Suigetsu

Kamisato Ayaka gains Usurahi Butou every 10s, increasing her Charged Attack DMG by 298%. This buff will be cleared 0.5s after Ayaka's Charged ATK hits an opponent, after which the timer for this ability will restart.

Personality

Ayaka is a kind-hearted girl with a pleasant temperament who treats others with politeness and courtesy. She holds the people of Inazuma dear to her heart and often goes out of her way to personally assist in all kinds of matters; being a member of the Yashiro Commission, she feels that she must meet the people's needs. She is a perfectionist with an earnest personality. Her dedication often moves people, and those close to her gave her the honorary title of Shirasagi Himegimi (Japanese: 白しら鷺さぎの 姫ひめ君ぎみ Shirasagi no Himegimi, "White Heron Princess"). People in the neighborhood always talk about her with sincere admiration.

Thanks to the influence of Ayaka's excellent upbringing, her heart is as pure as crystallized ice. Just like the splendid colors reflected as the ice crystals spin in the winter air, such is Ayaka's spirit. While the people of Inazuma love her, it is also well known that she has very few friends due to her upbringing — Thoma (Genshin Impact) is her only known friend until she met the Traveler. She is also busy to the point that she doesn't have much free time, to begin with, so she has trouble mingling with others. When not burdened with her duties, she shows a tender, cute side to her.

I thought to myself, "isn't the Lady Guuji supposed to sit inside the shrine throughout the ritual?" So I watched her the whole time during the ritual, wondering how she'd like to release fireworks. I waited, and I waited, and then Ayaka came over at length to tell me that the Lady Guuji was most pleased. I mean, what? She'd already released the fireworks? Was the person sitting inside the shrine not her, then?

As the eldest daughter of the Kamisato Clan, she always looks very graceful and elegant. But she got one of the shrine maidens to keep tabs on me and make sure I don't slack off... Why would she do that?
