Overview
Bug type (むしタイプ, mushi taipu) is a type in the Pokémon series. Pokémon may have one to two types, and one type is always a technique.
The affinity of the type is one of the factors that determine the advantage or disadvantage of the battle.
This is one of the types that have appeared since the first generation.
The characteristics of Pokémon that fall into the Bug type category are, as the name suggests, based on insects, especially insects and other arthropods.
