Overview
Water type (みずタイプ, mizu taipu) is a type in the Pokémon series. Pokémon may have one to two types, and one type is always a technique.
The affinity of the type is one of the factors that determine the advantage or disadvantage of the battle.
This is one of the types that have appeared since the first generation.
Pokémon modeled after fish and those that live in rivers and oceans can be included in the Water type category.
As a general trend, many of them are blue in appearance.
