Overview
Sonic the Hedgehog 3 (ソニック・ザ・ヘッジホッグ３ Sonikku za Hejjihoggu Surī) also known more commonly as Sonic 3 (ソニック３ Sonikku Surī), is a 2D side-scrolling platform video game that was the third released in the mainline series of Sonic. Initially released in the US and Europe in February 1994, it was released in Japan on 27 May 1994.
