Sonic Unleashed, known as Sonic World Adventure (ソニックワールドアドベンチャー, Sonikku Wārudo Adobenchā) in Japan is a game in the Sonic the Hedgehog series developed by Sonic Team Japan and and published by Sega. This is tend to be seen as a Sonic Adventure 3 by fans in Japan and been given the abbreviations SWA, Sonic World (ソニワド, Sonīwādo), or World Adventure (ワルアド Waruado).

In this game, Sonic travels the world with the mysterious Chip, running at the fastest speed in 3D Sonic game history by day and smashing up all sorts of monsters by night, buying all sorts of souvenirs and enjoying food around the world.

The game has been released in SD and HD versions, but the gameplay and other features are slightly different between the two, especially the graphics and stage structure. They are all fun, so buy the version that suits you best!
