About
A man with reddish brown hair, light brown eyes, and pale brown skin.
A man who claims to want to liberate the Bronquian people, same as Garlot. He was a farmer once, but was conscripted into the army, where he steadily climbed the ranks. But then when the previous emperor (Thortie's brother Ike) took the throne, Pandra's regiment was disbanded and forcibly sent home without their getting any say in things. So when Thortie became Emperor and began conscripting soldiers again, Pandra became frustrated with the neverending cycle of government corruption and started plotting treason.
While his ultimate goal is to destroy the empire with his rebel army, in actuality Pandra spouts off lofty ideals as an excuse to steal funds and supplies from the locals. He's portrayed as a man who slowly became just as corrupt as the government he wants to overthrow.
Pandra is often cowardly and dishonorable, treating Leon and Inzaghi as disposable and having his men shield him while he runs away. He also tends to sexually harass the women of Gram Blaze.
In Combat
His unit ability "Frequent flash attacks" makes him very obnoxious to fight, as it's difficult to get a skill off against him without equipping some item that grants an instant charge bonus. Given Pandra's personality, he gives the opposite impression of Yggdra Union's resident Gravity Chaos specialist Emilia as the kind of man who likes to fight dirty.
You'll often hear him yelling "DWARAAAAAHHH!!" or "Fall in the mud!" in battle.
Nessiah, who's able to completly no-sell Gravity Chaos, is Pandra's worst nightmare, but in order to get into the C route (where Nessiah leaves the party) the player must go through all the Pandra-related maps, so if one is aiming for that route, it's probably best to come up with some strategy that doesn't rely on Nessiah.
