She has been portrayed by the voice actresses Tomoko Fujino (Yggdra Union) and Mai Nakahara (Blaze Union).
※The left side are her character settings in "Blaze Union".
A citizen of the New Bronquian Empire. Aegina's elder twin sister. Her full name is "Luciana Rune Artwaltz".
As with her sister, she is captain of Gulcasa's personal guard, and is called "Phantom Valkyrie" and (with Aegina) "Twin Valkyries".
In actuality, the first of the twins to appear is Luciana, but the Royal Army does not hear her name at this point, so they believe that both twins are "Aegina", who appears later.
After seeing Luciana continue to appear in perfect health after Aegina has lost an eye, Yggdra apparently became suspicious, but until the twins are seen together, it is not revealed that they are separate people.
By the way, unlike her sister, Luciana's armor is mostly black. Also, aside from the two braids on the side of her face, her hair is left loose.
Luciana's very existence is considered to be a spoiler, and even in "Yggdra Unison" and "Blaze Union", where she and Aegina are introduced as twins, she does not appear in key visuals and such.
Here, because her leg is injured, she is an NPC and does not appear in very many scenes.
In great contrast with her volatile actions in the other games, here Luciana has a bright personality and (according to Siskier and Aegina) likes to play pranks.
In the B route, where Aegina becomes the protagonist, Luciana's fate has a huge effect on her sister.
- Even though Luciana has few scenes in other games due to being a spoiler character or due to the storyline, in the "Yggdra Unison" audio drama "New Bronquian Empire Chapter", she is the protagonist.
- Her frilly, ribbon-bedecked dress from "Blaze Union" is actually pajamas. Because it was the middle of the night when the Blessed Papal Army attacked, she had no choice but to run in the clothes she was wearing at the time.
