ホロライブENの3期生のユニット。
カバー株式会社の運営するバーチャルYouTuber事務所「ホロライブプロダクション」傘下の英語圏向け女性タレント部署「HololiveEN」の3rdユニット。2023年7月30日活動開始。
コンセプトは「脱獄犯・反逆者」。地下深くの大監獄「The Cell」に、野放しにすれば人の世に害を為す"手に負えないもの"として収監されていた者共。ただし経緯はそれぞれだがその在りようが結果として「厄災の呼び水」になってしまうだけで、本人達の気質が悪という訳ではない。
やがて彼女らは世界と運命と退屈に反逆すべく脱獄を敢行。その後とある芸能事務所に拾われ(首輪を付けられたともいう)、電子の世界に思い思いの「退屈殺し」を発信している。
