レジーナとはポケットモンスター(アニポケ第7シリーズ)87話のゲストキャラクターでゴウやコハル達の通うスクールに転校して来た少女。
辛い過去があり、いつも連れているミーチェという名のグレイシアに度々助けられている。
出身地方は不明で年齢はコハル達と同じ10歳かは判明していない。
長い髪に青い瞳に無表情な目をしている。
靴下は黒タイツで靴の色はグレイシアの色合いに近い。
制服自体は前のスクールのかオーダーメイドかは不明だがグレイシアを模したリボンが付いた制服と薄い朱色のブレザーを着用している。
レジーナが幼い頃、当時の学校にあった絵画の氷の女王に似ていた事でレジーナは氷の女王とバカにされ、「気を付けろ!氷の女王は人を凍らせるぞ!」などと暴言を言われるなどしてクラスメイトに虐められてしまう。
その光景を見たミーチェはレジーナの周りの人間を全て「敵」と思うようになり、彼女を守ろうとそのいじめっ子だけでなく、以降近づく人間を片っ端から凍らせるようになってしまった。
それが原因でレジーナは一層友達を作れなくなり、年中警戒心を高ぶらせて冷気を放ち続けたミーチェは、グレイシアにとっても危険な程に内体温が低下。劇中において遂に倒れてしまう事になる。
サクラギ博士の発言により、この日は特別にサトシとゴウはコハルと一緒にスクールに行くことにした。
コハルがスクールに行く途中、レジーナを目撃し、暫くして1時間目ぐらいの時に、担任の先生が転校生としてレジーナを紹介する。
レジーナに質問しようと迫ったクラスの皆がレジーナをいじめているように見えてしまったミーチェはコハルのクラスの生徒達をふぶきで凍らせてしまい、その光景にレジーナに辛い過去がよぎる。
職員室でレジーナの両親とコハルのクラスの担任の先生がその事について話してる最中にミーチェが体調を崩し、サクラギ研究所でミーチェは検査された。
その後はコハル達の提案により楽しい思い出を作ろうと氷のテーマパークをコハル達のポケモンの技で共同制作し、クラスの生徒達と共に楽しんだ。
その様を見たミーチェも、漸く心に巣喰っていた他者への不信が解消された。
暫くしてレジーナは地元へ帰り、ポケモンバトルに興味が湧いてミーチェと共にクラスメイトとポケモンバトルをして元気に過ごしていると言うメッセージがスノードームと共にコハル達の元に届いた。
アニポケ第7シリーズ87話が放送された日はアナと雪の女王が金曜ロードショーで放送された。
映画の内容も87話にまあ似ていて、打ち解けてないレジーナとコハルの関係性がエルサとアナの立ち位置に多少似ていた。
偶然にもエルサはレジーナと同じように辛い過去を持つキャラで、氷に関係するキャラ同士であった。
また、一部のファンからは人気があり、再登場を望まれている。
